(Quite possibly, but unsubstantiated, Charles of Ohio was the son of Andrew
and Huldah Barnett of Portsmouth, Ohio in Scioto County. According to the 1880 census,
Andrew was 44 years of age and was born in Kentucky. He had a son Charles, age
18, who was born in Ohio in 1862. Siblings to Charles included: Nancy, Sarah,
William, James, Ellen, and Rosa.)

- A sister-in-law, Effie Laws
